Preparing for the Guelph Community Singers Concert January 23

Hey my singing friends!

Barb Moldenhauer has graciously agreed to take on the role of Concert Impressario again this year. We will need some volunteers to help make the concert go smoothly. Here is a summary of our needs. A note from Barb: Thank you so much for your willingness to volunteer and support our upcoming Concert.  Our Concerts run soooooooo smoothly because of all of you.    I encourage our new choir members to volunteer for any of the jobs available.  There are lots of us with experience to show you what to do.  We are going to be GREAT!!!  I am certainly looking forward to it.

Concert tickets will be available for sale tonight at choir practice as stocking stuffers: Bring cash or cheque! Adult ticket $10:  Child $5;  Family $30. Advance tickets available in quantity at our first practice in January (January 6) for you to sell to friends and family.

We will have sign up sheets for volunteers at practice tonight. These are the jobs to be filled:

VOLUNTEERS JOBS FOR CHOIR MEMBERS:

• 5 KITCHEN VOLUNTEERS
• 4 SETTING-UP VOLUNTEERS
• 6 TAKING-DOWN VOLUNTEERS

VOLUNTEER JOBS FOR NON-CHOIR SUPPORTERS:

• 2 PROGRAM GREETERS
• 2 ADULT TICKET TAKERS
• 1 VOLUNTEER TO COUNT PROCEEDS OF 50/50 DRAW
• 3 VOLUNTEERS TO SELL 50/50 TICKETS IN THE AUDITORIUM DURING INTERMISSION
