Hi Everyone:

Regarding our upcoming Concert at Trinity, thank you to all who signed my Volunteer Sheets before Christmas.  Most of the jobs are covered!   We need just a few more, and I will have the sheets at our upcoming practice on Wednesday.

NON-CHOIR VOLUNTEERS:  (your spouse, friend, teenager)

• TWO PROGRAM GREETERS
• ONE 50/50 DRAW CASH COUNTER

CHOIR MEMBER VOLUNTEERS:

• ONE 50/50 TICKET SELLER
• FIVE TAKING-DOWN SANCTUARY HELPERS
• FOUR KITCHEN HELPERS

I will have our Concert Tickets available on Wednesday night for you to take and sell to friends and family.  Pre-concert tickets are Adult $10;  at the door Adult $15.   (Child $5 and Family $30 are the same for both)   Paying for tickets on the 6th would be great, otherwise, please hand in cash or cheques to me at our practices on January 13 and 20.
